Job Description
  • Support management team and the Head of Department with data-driven analysis
  • Prepare expense reports on a monthly basis including the fluctuation analysis and variance analysis against budget
  • Work closely with finance and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Analyzes current and past trends in company’s financials; monitor expenses actual vs budget, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Support monthly business review processes, including preparation of consolidated expenses reports and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to do an analysis and execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with min. of 4 years of working experience
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Strong fluency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
  • Able to demonstrate ability to understand and analyze problems and be proactive in giving proposals for improvement
  • Possess a positive working attitude, and the ability to work independently
  • Preferably have past experience in working with XERO and GAccon
