Get to know the Role

We are looking for an FPA Manager, Special Projects. We believe a successful candidate has 3-5 years’ experience with strong business acumen, analytical skills and is self-driven, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because. In return, you will get an opportunity to interact with our amazing business leaders and learn different business segments.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Drive company profitability and growth by analyzing revenues and costs as well as new initiatives and business cases
• Be adaptive and take on other areas or initiatives as required
• Act as the key finance partner for the Business Vertical’s Head and its S&P team
• Responsible for utilizing budgeting systems, management reporting systems and other financial reporting interfaces towards business
• Independently build the financial model and templates, especially for new products or new features
• Responsible for management reporting and follow up analysis towards budget and forecast
• Own the forecasting and budgeting process, includes coordinating multiple stakeholders for input, verifying the assumptions and signoffs from required key persons.
• Lead project(s) and be the agent of change and improvement
• Proactively do deep dive or trend analysis to come up with recommendation to business

The Must-Haves

• Financial mindset and easy to translate business questions into financial analysis
• SQL is a plus
• Excellent excel knowledge and long experience in complex forecast model building
• Experience required: at least 5 years
• Possibly background in retail/start-up, and/or other finance role
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Independent work and driving ahead
• Strong combination of business and operational hands on skills, get things done
• Strong integrity and not afraid to raise concern or opportunity
