We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and talented Flutter Engineers to help us develop state-of-the-art solutions that will serve the needs of our valuable clients and help shape the technology and products as we grow.

As a flutter engineer, you should have a strong understanding of computer science basics and real industry experience. You will be responsible for the entire code lifecycle, from design to development, and will collaborate directly with the top technical executives both inside the team and across Walturn LLC.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Git or similar version control systems
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven working experience in software development, with one published (or more) Mobile apps in the Google Play or App Stores.
• Experience with the design, development, and/or consumption of RESTful and 3rd party APIs
• Excellent knowledge of Xcode and Android Studio
• Proficiency with Mobile programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java
• Well-versed with the BLoC pattern
• 2 Years’ Experience in cross-platform mobile software development (Android/iOS) using technologies such as Flutter & React Native.
• Be able to survive a Flutter/Dart technical interview
• Minimum 18 months of professional mobile software engineering experience

• Excellent adaptability skills, quick learner with new technologies, and agile SDLC experience.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to writing understandable, maintainable, and reusable software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for writing code because you like to and never stop wanting to improve.
• Proven ability to on multiple projects and maintain speed and accuracy

Must-Have:

• Git: To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team
• Native Android and IOS: To build custom Flutter Packages.
• Adobe XD: Should know how to use Adobe XD to use the design file and use it to build the app.
• Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
• Flutter: To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS, and Web. This should include making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimized manner.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS
• Explore feasible architectures for implementing additional/new features
• When developing the app, use best practices and keep everything organized and fully documented
• Keep in touch with the Quality Assurance Specialist on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a stable app
• Verify that any new changes to the cloud system do not compromise the security of the backend server
• Ensure the quality product deliverables by adhering to business policies and quality procedures
• Resolve any problems existing in the system as well as suggest and implement additional/new features in the complete system
• During the development of the application, make sure that security requirements are followed
• Using Flutter Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable applications
• Provide/consult software design and maintenance advice to our customer-facing agents
• Suggestions for additional/new features and/or enhancements are always welcome
• Organize and document the project and code efficiently
• Writing the tests for the App is a must
• Quickly fix all of the bugs reported by the Quality Assurance Specialist
• Carry out the app verification protocol.
• Write efficient queries for core Data
• Build and Translate the Wireframes and designs into high-quality responsive UI code
• Propose/Suggest the time and space-efficient Data Structures
• Maintaining the software throughout the software product lifecycle including design, development, verification, and bug fixes is a must
• Perform memory leaks assessment and time profiling
