About Our Client
I am currently partnered with the Controller at an exciting and growing PE-backed, multi-million dollar healthcare services organization located near Batavia, IL. They have been growing like crazy due to acquisitive and organic growth and are looking to add a Senior Accounting Analyst to their team to help oversee the accounting and finance functions for the organization.

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Analyst to join their team! The Senior Accounting Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, month-end close responsibilities, and support to the accounting and finance department.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Manage the month-end close process and provide support during the annual audit.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support the accounting and finance department.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting principles.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

• CPA certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
