Sap Specialist Jobs

:

• Gather user requirements and performs analysis, designing, functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Liaise with different non-SAP teams ( IT Support & Internal Developers ) for the project deliverables and resolve the SAP issues within agreed solutions & timelines.
• Provide training to SAP users & IT Operation Support. Keep track of trained users. Own authorization roles and organizational changes and/or new roles if required.
• Liaise with SAP Team lead to create SAP training material.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of data within SAP Corporate guidelines.
• Analyze SAP incidents raised by users, perform root cause analysis, and investigate solutions. Inform users and/or first-level support regarding resolution.
• Liaise with the SAP team such as Basis/ABAP Programmer to ensure the system runs normally.
• Responsible for entering and maintaining data within SAP Corporate guidelines.

Qualifications :

• Having ABAP programming skills ,FIORI & HANA Database is a plus
• Open to exploring solutions or ideas by stretching out of the normal SAP borders and looking at various options like SAP notes, Internet, and other means to reach the extra mile. Take initiative to research and understand areas of concern relating to the project/task assigned to, not necessarily limited to SAP specific.
• Understand and be familiar with business processes in hospitals is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to learning. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and Analytical skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of SAP FICO/MM/SD/ISH experience working in Implementation / Rollout/Support projects.
• Willingness to work the extra mile to transform the organization such as participation in SAP roll out implementation to other hospitals/provide SAP Support services for other end users at other hospitals/Develop Custom Reports or Programs using ABAP/another programming language if required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computerized Accounting Systems.
