Established in 2016, Seven Stereo is a company that sells musical instruments and services related to it. We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a potential candidate for filling the position as a Salesperson, specifically to handle our ONLINE Store.

We are searching for a driven personality who are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales, also with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.The job requirements will be explained below :

• Provide customers with information about items.
• Handling online customers via marketplaces and phonecalls
• Ring up purchases.
• Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
• Help customers find items in our online store
• Keep track of inventory.
• Elevate complaints to management.

• Flexible work hours.
• A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous.
• Basic mathematic skills.
• Prior experience in retail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivation to work through busy shifts.

And it’s also important to have interest on learning anything related to music instruments, or even better if you could play some of it!

The office location is in Bandung, have a very nice working environment!
