Tanggung jawab

• Assist in negotiation process and terms of sales and service agreements based on Company’s policy.
• Approach and follow up new project lead from consultant, contractor, sub-contractor, interior designer, architect or project owner and cultivating customer relationship across different industries and areas.
• Contact and visit existing and prospective customers to discuss and support their needs.
• Conduct sales activity to customers with present about the product knowledge, product pricing information and negotiation, stock availability, project's proposal and preparing all related documents and sales materials in order to achieve the targets.
• Conduct verification on project’s specification based on sales agreements.
• Prepare and update project status and progress in order to provide sales report for management.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

• Have a driving lisence
• Having experience minimum 3 years as a Sales Project
• Good communication skill and target oriented
• Strong background and experience in tender process & creating project from beginning until ending is a must
• Minimum diploma or bachelor degree
• Have own data base / customer list coverage from your existing account (consultant, contractor, sub-contractor, interior designer, architect or project owner)
