Job Description
Gambaran Pekerjaan
  • Coordinate with Golf Operation Department in handling of reservations and customers’ inquiries, requests and complaints.
  • Research the market on a continuing basis to determine where business comes form, what is the influence, who the Anumana Hotel clients are, how they normally arrive in the city, etc.
  • To promote the Anumana Hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.
  • Establish, maintain, and use his library of reference materials, periodicals, texts and sales leads: stay abreast of market trends and Anumana Hotel selling techniques.
  • Direct, supervise and administer all personnel within the Sales Department.
  • Maintain close contacts within the community and in neighbouring marketing areas, with airlines, travel agencies, commercial houses, private club, professional associates, etc. to procure new business for the Anumana Hotel This will be done by means of personal sales call (a minimum of 5 call per day), telephone contacts and written communication.
  • Prepare and execute regular direct mail campaigns that stimulate local interest in the Anumana Hotel facilities, announce a special event, promote the credit card, etc.
  • Review internal promotion pieces on a regular basis to insure that all Anumana Hotel sign, posters, tent cards, etc are adequate, up-to-date, visually effective and consistent with high standards set by management.
  • Go on sales trip to promote and solicit business for the Anumana Hotel
  • To improve relations between the Anumana Hotel and the community; to obtain maximum media coverage of activities within the Anumana Hotel which are of interest locally and internationally.
  • Organize and promote, in cooperation with the Food and Beverage & Golf Operation Department, special project such as Balls, Tournaments, Exhibition, Parties, Gastronomic Festivities etc to stimulate the Food & Beverage & Golf Operation sales within the community.

  • Highly motivated, energetic and great personality
  • Able to drive and has a driving license
