Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Analysis:

• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels (digital, email, social media, etc.) to assess their effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies based on data-driven insights, targeting, and messaging.

Sales Performance Assessment:

• Collaborate with the sales department to understand their needs and challenges and propose solutions to increase sales efficiency.
• Assess sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and to track the progress of sales teams against their targets.

Market Research:

• Use market research findings to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Conduct market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Reporting and Dashboards:

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including marketing managers, sales leaders, and executives.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales teams.

Data Quality and Integrity:

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating data sources and performing regular data audits.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to streamline data integration and reporting processes.

Technology and Tools:

• Make recommendations for new tools or improvements to existing systems to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing and sales analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analytics, sales analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
