  • Act as a market intelligence
  • Implements Syngenta’s GTM strategy to potential growers, and retailers (R1&R2) and manages excellent relationships in his territory.
  • Achieve sales targets, grow market share, and create grower demand for the value-adding product by selling ‘value-adding’ crop solutions and delivering outstanding customer service,


Accountabilities


Operational


  • Works closely with the growers, influencer, R1 in mapping, identifying, and developing sales and market share of Syngenta Products especially NPI in territory areas and a value proposition for its key customers, especially strategic R2 segments
  • Develop and implement customer operations strategy to improve customer satisfaction
  • Manages Syngenta’s business growth at the grower’s level
  • Organize official demo, farmers’ meeting, trainings, field days, and other pull activities/events according to the specific needs and GTM design
  • Ensure all the rebate programs are well managed in his territory to support the region's target. Provide periodic rebate achievement reports in all accounts involved
  • Manages Syngenta’s business within strategic R1 segments, develop activities/program to differentiate and position Syngenta as a preferred supplier
  • Time allocation: 50% in growers/influencers and 50% in channel
  • Ensure sales target are achieved in sub region to support the region's target
  • Ensure sales target are achieved in his territory, monitors sales, provides support, and manages relationships with R1s
  • Delivers services, organizes training, retailers meetings, and other activities/events according to the specific needs and GTM design


Qualifications


Essentials Knowledge & Experience:


  • At least 3-5 years experience as a Sales Officer / Supervisory Level
  • Understand Syngenta’s GTM strategy
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Agriculture major from a reputable university.
  • Has deep and broad crop and product knowledge
  • Understands grower’s needs, anticipates changes in the market and adjusts strategies accordingly
  • Understand market dynamics and competitive environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
