About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed-oriented Risk Analytics Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the risk profile of our BNPL business, ensuring effective risk reporting, and optimizing the risk portfolio. Your expertise in risk reporting, data analysis and risk management will be vital in providing actionable insights, managing risk exposure, and driving informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions in the fast-paced BNPL industry.

What You Will Do

• Participate in the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with credit risk teams to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and controls
• Gather, clean, and validate relevant data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Conduct data analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate risk metrics, such as loss projections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk reporting requirements and ensure the delivery of comprehensive risk insights
• Generate timely and accurate risk reports, including business OKR, and risk performance metrics
• Develop and implement risk reporting frameworks to monitor and communicate the risk profile of the BNPL business

What You Will Need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL and any dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a must. Experiences with Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk reporting, portfolio management, or a related analytical role within the financial services industry, preferably in the BNPL sector

About the Team

The Risk analytics team currently consists of 1 TL and 1 RA manager. Our team is responsible for assessment, monitoring, and control of the consumer lending business. We mainly cover the following four areas: Portfolio Risk Analysis, Risk Monitoring and Reporting, Portfolio Performance Evaluation and Portfolio Optimization. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering accurate and actionable risk intelligence that supports the high growth and healthy credit risk profile of our business
