Senior Risk Analytics Specialist Jobs

DataMarts: Develop and Manage Datamarts (LDM)

Manage team members, including assignment, KPI setting and development plan.

6 years experience in risk and analytics field

2 years of leadership experience

Process Reports for all units within Risk

Risk Projects: Lead projects within Risk function. Example: RG redesign, Limits redesign, Client based collections, etc.

Experience of planning and organizing complex activities, and delivering to time, quality and resource requirements

Experience of supporting and influencing senior managers, and building successful relationships and networks at all levels

Create and maintain risk reports for monitoring purposes and to meet regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. Advanced degrees are preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk analytics, strategy development, or a related role in financial services.

Drive risk policies and strategies in a rapidly growing startup with strong shareholder support.

Responsible to monitor the risk management system and make reports of significant risks and recommendations

Bachelor's degree preferably majoring in Accounting/Finance/ Economics

In charge to establish and monitor key risk indicators and prepare for corrective action plans to mitigate risks

Reviewing market risk on an annual basis.

Analyze transactions, internal reports, and financial information for potential fraud risks

Arrange and make sure the implementation of parameter trading limit

Participate in the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk reporting requirements and ensure the delivery of comprehensive risk insights

Work with the project team to translate requirements into project deliverables& prioritization

Lead functional discussions and leverage your knowledge of best practices

Essential Skills and Experience (1-5 years’ experience)

Some knowledge of finance, accounting, or ERP systems.

Technology/technical experience of insurance industry is preferred.

Experienced in data structures (SQL, ETL, SSIS) for data analytics processing.

Experience as ETL / Data Engineer will be advantaged

Experience in using statistical packages for analysing data (Excel, R, Python, SPSS, SAS) is a plus point.

Degree holder with 1-3 years proven experience within the Marketing, Promotion, Finance, or related field.

Have work experience in Food & Beverage or tech based company would be preferable.

Solid in analytical and quantitative skills, including ability to analyse data, generate business insights, and construct solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.

Provide revenue insights, analyzing trends, and identifying risks and opportunities to support the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics

Strong presentation and negotiation skills
