Job Description
Our fast-growing property management company located in Berawa, Canggu, Bali is seeking a Reservation and Guest Relation Staff with the requirements as following :
As the Reservation and Guest Relation Staff, you will be responsible for managing reservations and guest inquiries to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will be the main point of contact for all guests, handling all their inquiries and requests with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle all guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist guests in all aspects of their stay, from check-in to check-out
- Ensure that all guest complaints are resolved to their satisfaction
- Work closely with operational team to ensure a smooth guest experience, and room status
- Work closely to Accounting department to ensure the payment of the guest, refunds, etc
- Maintain and update guest information in our database
- Arrange visit for the next potential client
- Other assigned task
Requirements:
- Guest Oriented is a must
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reservation and guest relation in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PMS and OTA
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
