Job Description
Qualification :


  • Soft Skills: Discipline, hard work, high integrity, communication negotiation skill, and high attention in detail
  • Min. 3 years of working experience with min. 2 years in managerial experience, sales exposure, or organizational exposure is an advantage, and having experience as a trainer
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Placement: Bali
  • Having knowledge about Oracle, SQC Query, Data Mining, Expert XL 8 Reporting, Power BI, Charting & Powerpoint on hand.
  • Required Skill(s):Excel, PowerPoint
  • Capability: Leadership, Persuasive, Good Analytical, and Reporting Skill


Job Desk:


  • Responsible to ensure operational and infrastructure in each Cluster Distributor (such as ManPower, Target Outlets, Sales Force Activity, Journey Cycle, Wall Monitoring, Morning Briefing, outlet productivity, and AVA) are according to the Companys policy, such as price stability and mechanism of distribution
  • Ensure all activity and requirement in outlet is implemented properly
  • Identify & analyze all problems in the field/outlet & provide recommendation/ development to solve the problem
  • Distribute weekly & monthly finding reports including recommendations for improvement to cluster & region
