Recruitment Specialist

This role will be responsible to find the right person to fill our tech and related positions.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms and conditions with selected candidates.
• Maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise
• Facilitate on-boarding activities.
• Source and attract potential candidates by using job boards, networking, databases, and other sources.
• Review applications, conduct initial screening interviews and recommend potential candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Communicate process and provide status to candidates and stakeholders as required.
• Ensure all paperwork and administration related to the recruitment process is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and Job Portals
• Has work experience as a recruiter min. 2 years, especially in tech related positions (Fullstack Developers, Front End, Mobile Developer, Product Managers, QA, etc)
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Positive manners and willing to maintain good networking
• Fast paced, agile and target oriented
• Hold bachelor degree in psychology with min.GPA 3.40, preferably from reputable university
• Strong interpersonal skills
