Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Reception and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma degree and at least one year of experience in an administrative role, with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare proforma invoices and collect payments.
  • Send notification of tenants' payments for the tax invoice.
  • Assist in following up on customer inquiries/booking requests.
  • Prepare tenants' monthly reports (new and extend).
  • Respond to queries and reply to emails.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files, mails, and filing systems.
  • Notify all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to tenants PIC.
  • Answer phone inquiries and handle complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Systematically file important company documents, including incoming mails for tenants.
  • Manage the booking schedule for conference/meeting room requests.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office functions.
  • Proactive individual with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Minimum diploma degree.
  • Familiarity with internet operations.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn.
