Job Description

Quality Assurance Supervisor having responsibility to ensure that activity process is meet the procedures


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the suitability of the manpower (Quantity and Quality of Competence) to the needs of the department
  • Conduct socialization and evaluation of the implementation of work standards (SOP/IK)
  • Work reporting
  • Coordinate with related department for improvement plan and action for non conformance finding
  • Ensuring and evaluating customer complaint and quality improvement.
  • Planning, monitoring and evaluating vendor audit activities and controlling information documented


Qualifications

  • 7 tools analysis
  • Having good knowledge and certified for ISO 22000:2018 and as Auditor
  • Good in English
  • Good knowledge and understand for regulation for HACCP, GMP
  • Having experience minimum 3 years as QA Supervisor
  • Leadership and good communication skill
  • Detail and having ability for coaching and training regarding FMS
