Job Description

As a QC Staff, the suitable candidate will be responsible for controlling the production process and product results are comply with applicable standards and work instructions, with the detail tasks below:


  • Regularly conduct random check on delivery transportations
  • Validate QC internal instruments periodically
  • Conduct cup test and analyze sample according to predetermined standards
  • Regularly monitor and reporting trial result to supervisor
  • Ensure the implementation of Quality Management System runs well
  • Ensure the released products are in accordance to the standards


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology is a must
  2. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
  3. Able to conduct Threshold Test / Organoleptic Test
  4. Good knowledge in Food Safety (FSSC 5.1), ISO 22000, Halal Assurance System
  5. High integrity, agile, and fast response
  6. Willing to work in shift hours
