About the Role

This is an on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Assisting with installation of software or firmware upgrades
• Troubleshooting and product maintenance/repair
• Assisting with import and export of all product lines
• Maintaining and analyzing product quality reports and presenting reports to upper management
• Performing on-site installation of all product lines
• Product quality control
• Establishing and executing response measures for customer requests
• Conducting on-site quality inspections
• Handling and responding to customer requests

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site quality control or related work experience in a client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree or higher (STEM degrees preferred)
• REQUIRED: Native or fluent proficiency in the English language
• REQUIRED: Native proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge or mastery of domestic standards and regulations
• Proficient knowledge of import and export regulations
• Profound understanding of professional quality management tools and methodologies
