Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (India)

The S-Quantum Engine is Sinarmas Financial Services' Digital Factory - focused on transforming one of Indonesia's largest financial services groups to match the increasingly digital demands of today's financial services sector.

The Strategy and Digital division are responsible for identifying, managing, and executing digital-related initiatives for a collection of over fifty operating companies.

Specifically, the division shall:

• Set the agenda for the group’s transformation to a digital and data-first company
• Identify, seed, and grow digital-first businesses for Sinarmas Financial Services companies
• Establish organization-wide next-generation digital resources (infrastructure and talent)
• Consolidate and transform digital channels of the existing portfolio of financial services products
• Cultivate relevant companies and partners that accelerate the group’s overall agenda

For QA Engineer, You are expected to:

• Researching issues in software through testing.
• Set the estimated processing time and ensure that all product tests can be finished on time.
• Create documentation in regard to testing execution for the developed products.
• Ensure that the products developed by the company meet the quality standards and requirements.
• Test the products on a website, desktop or mobile, with manual or automated methods.
• Develop SIT and/or UAT documents.
• Using test automation guidelines.
• Designing and developing test automation scripts.
• Coordinate with management to do cycle scenario tests.

Job requirements

• At least 2 years experience with Selenium and Appium.
• High analyzing skill and attention to details.
• Manual testers with willingness to transition into Automation.
• Able to work individually and in a team, communicative.
• Demonstrable experience in using automation testing.
• Having relevant QA experience, at least 3+ years for Mid level and 5+ years for Senior level.
• Able to conduct tasks and responsibilities according to deadlines.
