Qa Engineer (Manual) Jobs

Responsibilities

• Write test plans and test cases for sprint features.
• Implement test automation and framework enhancement with a quality mindset.
• Performance testing and benchmarking.
• Document and communicate the results of the test cases.
• Find bugs early in the product development lifecycle and report issues.
• Execute test cases and analyze results.
• Work closely with the developers to deliver on product timelines.
• Identify test conditions within user stories, design test cases, and arrange them in the test suite.

Requirements

• You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.
• You’re fluent in English and are a confident communicator.
• Familiarity with database testing.
• Possess good exposure to functional, integration, installation, upgrade, compatibility, smoke, ad hoc, and regression testing. And also well-versed in Persona-based testing.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in App and Web testing.
• Knowledge of capturing and diagnosing server logs.
• You have high “EQ” and can handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Automation tools like Appium and Selenium, along with any programming language like JAVA/Python, is plus.
• Experience in testing APIs using Postman.
• Should have used tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
• Own communication throughout the sprint/release cycle, quality, and delivery of the entire feature.
• You have experience working in agile product development teams and are always looking for ways to help them be more effective.
• Independent and curious, you set your own targets, ask for help when needed, and always seek to learn something new.
