Job Description
Your Main Objective
We are looking for a QC team leader who can assist the team's objective to prevent ticket errors and potential financial loss.
To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented with strong analytical in managing big data to assist the Senior Leadership team in terms of reporting-related functions
Overseeing the team's daily operation as well as other aspects of the team that will need to be supervised to maintain a good and efficient team performance.
Acting as an escalation point for the team for queries that will need an understanding of Sabre and also ticketing knowledge to enable you to assist the team technically. As well as acting as a point of contact for the team to clients.
Your Main Responsibilities
  • You will manage the team to be able to perform well
  • You will work with big data reporting, able to present them well, and take decision based on the report
  • You will work to investigate the ticket and identify error possibility in ticket
  • You will oversee the QC Robot to make sure that it is running smoothly
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
  • 2 – 5 year experience working with data and process flow is a must
  • Excellent analytical skills is a must
  • GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo) experience is preferable
  • Intermediate Excel skills is a must
