Job Description

Job description

We are looking for a generalist Purchasing Staff that are able to work under pressure - willing to go on-field and understand the production processes, and has relatively high interest in understanding the mechanics and electrical complexity of machine parts.


General Responsibility:

  • Conduct supplier evaluation & selection
  • Contact suppliers for administrative procedures & complaint management
  • Administration: Follow-up orders, Delivery Order, PO
  • Process Purchasing Requisition
  • Conduct purchasing: searching for items, price comparison & negotiation


Projects you will be under-going:

  • Support the migration of manual administrative work to digitization
  • Pioneer in creating spare part warehouse
  • Refine & improve supplier database
  • Refine & improve our purchasing department's business process


Qualification:

  • Good communication skill
  • Min. Education: Diploma III Degree in any major related to Business Administration / Management / Accounting / Communication / HR
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheet
