Head Of Purchasing Jobs

• Responsible to verify supplier invoice, shipment, and payment process.
• Implement strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials
• Accountable for system, database, reporting and performance management.
• Ensure usage of (SOP) defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency
• Savings and relevant KPI; Generate, document and implement savings
• Negotiations; Prepare and conduct negotiations to obtain highest feasible savings
• Accountable for Vendor/Supplier/Forwarder Management(e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency and high procurement quality

Job Requirement

• Understand all processes related to supply chain planning activities
• Experienced in Inventory / Parts Operation / Supply Planning / Warehousing & Distribution.
• Fluent in English, MS Office and ERP system
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Management, Economic, Business Administration or related fields.
