Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods and materials via train, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant databases and systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within the logistics department.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to streamline logistics processes and resolve any operational issues.
• Monitor train schedules and liaise with train operators to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle documentation and paperwork related to shipping, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and customs documents.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Coordinate the movement of goods and materials via train, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Supervise loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
