Job Description

Mission

Establish the organization's purchasing policy in coordination with the productive area and the financial area. All this in terms of quality, quantity and above all, price.


Responsibilities

  • Exchange proposals and analyze the best market demand.
  • You must be attentive and watch that there are no irregularities of any kind.
  • Control material orders, inputs and outputs of products.
  • It has its share of responsibility in making the company increasingly competitive.
  • You will have to look for prices in different companies, analyze the differences, look for budgets and choose the best offers for the benefit of the company's economy.
  • Know how to manipulate manual, digital and technological resources to expedite administrative procedures.
  • Ensure that your department works correctly and efficiently, supervising that the staff complies with their respective schedule.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of invoices and accounts receivable.
  • Making a company's supply chain fluid, agile and efficient. For this, communication between departments must be constant and transparent.
  • It is a requirement that a pleasant labor relationship be established in favor of the interests of the company with the suppliers. Know how to negotiate with suppliers
  • It is in charge of acquiring the raw material for the elaboration of its products or those inputs, tools or equipment necessary for the operation of the company.
  • It plays a fundamental role in maintaining the economic balance of the company. - Checking inventories with the supervisor of each area.


Requirements

  • To be able to speak Basic English
  • To have at least 1 year experience
