• AIA is hiring for an Project Assistant Manager to To Manage deliverable of any initiatives as per needed (project, day-2, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements
2. Translate what Ops need into Requirement document
3. Ensure User Requirement (UR) have value creation from Cost Benefit analysist or other tools
4. Ensure UR align with Operation future plan and meet SLA/TAT
5. Setting timelines for deliverables.
6. Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
7. Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables.
9. Optimizing processes and team productivity
10. Supervising project documentation
11. Taking responsibility for project milestone delivery

Job Requirements :

1. Min. Bachelor degree with above average GPA
2. Min. 5 years experience in Life Insurance Industry
3. Excellent with Microsoft office (i.e Word, Excel dan Visio)
4. Excellent communication skill (Proficiency in English)
5. Good Analysis
