Marine Project Controller Jobs

Requirement

1. Education: High School Diploma/D3/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 (two) years.
3. Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes: Detail-oriented, diligent, capable of administration tasks, proficient in computer operations.

1. Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve rental/offhire targets set by clients, then record and use them as the basis for billing.
2. Ensure all ships operate based on the agreed-upon contract.
3. Monitor daily ship operations and coordinate with users and FA regarding billing.
4. Create a project summary (after the lease is completed) to be submitted to tenants/clients.
5. Ensure the loss of any supporting data used for billing is in accordance with existing procedures.
6. Verify/check crew payroll.
7. Verify the monthly ship time sheet against the actuals.
8. Ensure all documents required for billing to clients are complete.
9. Set KPIs to achieve maximum value for clients.
10. Coordinate with users in case of vessel downtime and ensure prompt resolution.
