Hse Officer & Document Controller Center

Qualification:

• Have a valid Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) - DISNAKER certification
• Experienced in a similar field for at least 2 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Health & Safety or other related discipline
• Have a valid certificate and understanding of the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015; Other Management System Certification is an added value
• Have analytical skills, be systematic, well organized, pay attention to detail, document management and have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have active SIM A and SIM C.
• Able to speak English (oral and written) and fluent in using Ms. Office

Responsibility:

1. Assist in the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of the results of the implementation of the Company's internal and external Quality and HSE activities and programs.

2. Implement and ensure standards, requirements, regulations, and procedures related to HSE are well implemented in the company.

3. Create, check, submit, and manage information and documented controls and equipment related to the Quality Management System and HSE accurately and up-to-date.

4. Compile and fulfill external HSE requirements, including government regulations, customers, etc. (CSMS, Vendor Prequalification, tenders, and the like).

5. Conduct hazard identification, risk control, and Job Safety Analysis of work in the company.

6. Carry out, monitor, and report periodic HSE inspection programs and assist in the process of testing the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure.

7. Carry out the process of induction and extension of ID and work permits for workers in the company's internal and external customers.

8. Coordinate and provide HSE training.

9. Create and carry out HSE promotion and communication (induction, socialization, investigation, safety talk, HSE meeting or briefing, HSE signs, and other media or activities).

10. Make reports on the implementation of Quality and HSE activities and programs and company HSE statistics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the local Manpower Office.
