Job Description

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are addressed
  • Ensuring that documents meet compliance requirements and quality standards
  • Manage the distribution of documents to the relevant parties within the organization
  • Assisting in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, as needed for the project
  • Organize and manage project documents
  • Assisting with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and coordinating timelines to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Serving as a point of contact for team inquiries and updates on project progress
  • Work closely with the project team to gather, update, and manage project documents
  • Compiling project status reports, progress updates, and other project-related documentation


Job Requirements

  • Understand the relevant building regulations and standards
  • Bachelor degree on business administration, project management or architect from a reputable university
  • Have the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in various software applications such as Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), communication tools (e.g., email, video conferencing), and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) are a plus.
