Production Support Staff Jobs

Requirement :

1. University degree and minimum 2 years of experience as Production Support or Administration Support, from securities, banking/ Financial Institution industry
2. Experience and knowledge in provide data for technical analysis for stocks (charts)
3. Proficient in written and spoken Englist (mandatory)
4. Knowledge in Bloomberg, Words, Excel, Powerpoint
5. Support for Data Analytic skills and preferable have a good understanding in stock market, accounting/finance and valuation
6. Detail oriented, team player, self stater
7. Must be able to handle pressures, multitasking and work with flexible hours

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. The successful person will be responsible for assist the research analyst team in preparing the research reports formal/template, updating data, bloomberg, collecting data
2. support and prepare the publication of research reports including clearance, formatting, uploading to BB, Bloomberg, Analex and websites
3. Manage the distribution of research reports to ensure the analyst research folloow the procedures
4. Support and prepare for technical analysis on various stocks and prepare equity picks product regularly
5. Ad-hoc projects and tasksk especially sales/client request such as reports, table and data
6. support the HOR in implementing and updating SOP to make sure all analysts compfy with our policy and guidelines
