Product Leader - Curing & Final Finish

Job Responsibilities :

• Support Product industrialization and continuous improvement of product specification.
• Drive and improve customer satisfaction of products and services through contact with internal customers, layered audits.
• Development, improvement and maintenance of quality-related documentation (ex: control plan, FMEA, process capability studies).
• Assist in technical issues through scientific problem-solving activities within the borders/guidelines of QUALITY standards and process.
• Drive process capability improvement activities; drive KPI performance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Plant Optimization / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of statistical analysis
• Experience in a Union environment
• Strong customer focus, both internal and external
• Collaborative style and ability to influence.
• Good communication skills
• 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Courageous and willing to make decisions.
• Demonstrated financial and business acumen.
• Strong Problem-solving skills and mentality
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader)
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology
• High sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple and/or conflicting priorities.
• Solid background in scheduling, quality, safety and project management
• Open minded, pro-active and able to drive change.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
