Kitchen Technician Jobs

Responsibilities

• To submit daily shift accomplishment, operation equipment reading and consumption report to duty engineer
• To receive work order request and read logbook for possible endorsement, outstanding and priorities and other assignments.
• Refurbish work orders according to standard and priorities.
• Must be able to handle minor electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, carpet works, re-painting and re-varnishing works, ACU works, replacement of fused bulbs, etc.
• Shall be responsible for providing preventive maintenance of all types of machines.
• To assist other technical works when required.
• Be familiar with the kitchen & laundry equipment.
• Performs any other related tasks assigned by the Duty Engineer / Chief Engineer from time to time.
• To update the daily and monthly checklist.
• Do preventive maintenance for kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Handle job orders promptly for the installations, repairs and maintenance of all operating.
• Daily check condition all kitchen and laundry equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be hands-on experience with in-depth knowledge in technical skills.
• Must possess a Certificate related technical fields
• Able to work under tight schedule and meet required standard
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
