Ecommerce Officer Jobs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
• Assist to attend walk-in customers
• Monitoring Fulfilment and packing of daily orders
• Ensure orders pick up/ deliver on time
• Monitor & manage inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast
• Verify order transactions
• Any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by management.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders across eCommerce platforms & marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and etc.)
• Generate expenses reports
• Manage product listings and promotions and ensure all information are accurate on the platforms
• Response to customer & 3PL inquiries
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns
