Responsibilities:

• Reviewing purchase order information to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Providing assistance with proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract administration
• Coordinating with other departments such as warehousing, shipping, or accounting to ensure that goods are delivered on time in good condition
• Maintaining records of bids and purchase orders for future reference

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role, preferably experience in various industries.
• Bachelor degree, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong project management skill with understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationship
