• Develop the product vision, strategy and technology 
• Create a product/platform roadmap aligning with IT & Business
• Advise and support the analysis of market and product requirements
• Responsible of the wholeproduct life-cycle (pre-sales, implementation, marketing activities etc.)
• Take over the role as single point of contact for specific products and become communication responsible for the product to convince the customer about outcomes
• Help to accelerate business development and enable new business opportunities
• Enable the successful implementation of business changes by analysis of requirements and deriving the application-specific strategic and operational functional designs
• Working with different technology and analyzing of the new demands with customer, business, IT and developer teams. Being the bridge between the business and developers
• Monitor the progress of the work done in line with the product targets
• Work with product team & stakeholders to define product strategy and prioritize product backlog items,
• Manage and organize product workshops, webinars and presentations
• Continuous documentation of the system and process status as well as improvement and development of process changes
• Monitors cost, schedule, resource availability, technical performance of product and platform to ensure success
• Manages the stakeholders and suppliers by setting proper expectations and reporting about progress, problems, solutions

 

Qualifications


• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related experience
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies and tools like JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN etc.
• Knowledgeable of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.),
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team,
• Strong analytical problem-solving and having decision- making skills,
• Fluent (verbally and written) in English, German is an asset
• Competence in communication and international environment
• Affinity to digital/ IT solutions
• Customer oriented
• Pro-active and social
• Focused on goals and results
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
