Job Description

Business Analyst: Conduction market research and generate market findings to develop an initial business study and business plan to justify the hypothesis of the master plan and business strategy.

s:

  1. Conduct macro and micro analysis and provide macro regulatory updates
  2. Conduct real estate market research and comparison studies
  3. analyzing places and people: understanding the political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal context of the offered land
  4. market research on a variety of real estate products to justify the business strategies
  5. collect and analyze internal product sales data and information to support future product development
  6. Assist and support business investment proposals for management, partners, and investors.


Qualifications

  • Strong written, verbal and English skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferably in Urban Planner, Business, etc
  • Willing to work full WFO in Alam Sutera Tangerang
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite is a MUST, especially Excel
  • Strong knowledge of the Property/Real Estate industry
