Financial Analyst Jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze, forecast, and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Discuss direction and strategy with CFO Conducts financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking (PAW Data Analysis Tool).
2. Create new Specific Budget upon request.
3. Maximize ROI and Budget planning. Implementing LEAN Operation across departments.
4. Communicates findings to CFO for review.
5. Works closely with Accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial data.
6. Discussing Key Performance Points.
7. Reviewing current operational for compliance.
8. Expected to function as controller and create financial statements.
9. Communicates these strategies to Accountant and Tax Manager.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum 3-4 years experiences as Financial Analyst or relevant field (1-2 year as manager would be preferred).
3. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
4. Solid analytical skills and attention to details.
5. Experience in working with start-up and small business.
6. Flexible with start-up working dynamic.
7. Able to juggle priorities based on current company needs.
8. Critical thinking and independent (able to maintain standard with minimum supervision).
9. Willing to work at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Salary range IDR 10-14 million.
