One of our client , a manufacturer in various types of hoses and tubes located in Tangerang is looking for a PPIC Manager with detail as below :

Job description:

1. Arrange Production Planning based on SO received from Marketing.

2. Order materials according to production needs.

3. Monitoring the process of handling customer orders from raw materials and production process support, to finished goods so that they are achieved in accordance with Delcom.

4. Manage and analyze inventory conditions.

5. Maintaining a balance in the use of production machine capacity

6. Carry out continuous innovation and improvement of production processes that occur in the field so that they can run effectively and efficiently.

7. Ensuring WIP stock taking reports, Raw Materials and Packaging materials are accurate before being submitted to accounting.

8. Supervise the use of production materials in accordance with the Bill of Materials.

9. Ensuring achievement of quality objectives or PPIC targets.

10. Make periodic reports according to the needs / requests of the company.

11. Controlling and determining the level of safety stock of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials

12. Joint production evaluates and analyzes the planning and production process.

13. Active in providing solutions to problems that occur in the internal process

Requirements :

1. Minimum 2 years experience at the Supervisor level in the PPIC section

2. Have the ability to carry out the task well and can encourage the team to carry out the task.

3. Have sharp analysis and improvement ideas in overcoming problems in their department
