• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among employees
• Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements to achieve targets while upholding hygiene and safety standards
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient production operations
• Optimize workflows to streamline production processes and improve efficiency
• Ensure availability of necessary resources for production activities

⛩️ Requirements

• Required Skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSMS
• Ready for working in a shift system (3 shifts)
• Placement in Plant Majalengka
• Having experience in Wafer, Biscuit, Beverage or related field
• Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in FoodTechnology/Nutrition/Chemical Engineering/Industrial/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering or equivalent
