Job Description

:

  • Maintain data & monitoring sales growth
  • Responsibilities to manage & running business operation
  • Maintain good relationship with merchant
  • Manage & develop team Area Leaders & Promoters
  • Maintain & develop sales AEON Credit in assigned area


Qualification:

  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust) or equivalent
  • Good communication, team coordination, and problem solving
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Semarang area
  • Required Skill(s): leadership, negotiation, social media, marketing, English (both oral and written)
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Operating computer/Office apps (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Have experience & skill in develop new area in financial business
