Personal Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided;
• Provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls drafting routine letters to high standard, minute meetings, taking meetings and other administrative tasks are required to support Chief Executive;
• Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required;
• Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Chief Executive are met;
• Provide support for CEO meetings with ecosystem by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points;
• Supporting the Chief Executive to keep the Board of Director informed about the work of the organisation and their appropriate training and induction.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative & MS Excel with pivot table
• Excellent time management skils with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
• Experience of providing support to a Board of Directors or similar high level committee
• Ability to forward plan and manage a complex and busy diary
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including diplomacy
• Good presentation skills with Canva Program
• Fluent in English
