Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join us as CEO. Shape our vision, drive growth, and oversee strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of trading/forex/brokerage experience, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the FinTech landscape.
Tasks
  • Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction.
  • Oversee trading operations and ensure compliance.
  • Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Develop and execute business strategies for growth and profitability.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the company.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for business growth.
  • Proven experience in trading/forex/brokerage, preferably in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, strategies, and risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proprietary trading experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in leveraging FinTech for trading optimization.
  • Demonstrated marketing experience and strategy execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
