Organizational Development Spesialist

s:

• Assist the Company in making the company's Jobdesk and SOP.
• Evaluate Job evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the position value according to the company's needs.
• Conduct reviews, updates and supporting documents for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for both individuals and companies.
• Conduct organizational reviews by making and developing organizational structures, performance management, competency, job analysis and job evaluation to support the achievement of the company's vision.
• Plan, measure, monitor and evaluate the performance management system.

Requirements:

• Expertise in designing effective organization structure, talent management, competencies dictionary, job analysis, job evaluation, KPIs and performance appraisal, career development path, management strategy and company culture.
• Have excellent knowledge to operate Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Visio.
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field of professional Organizational Development and Performance Management.
• Minimal Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management. Master’s Degree is preferred.
