Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Operational Staff (Shipping Agent) located in Samarinda. The Operational Staff (Shipping Agent) will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with the vessel owner, and ensuring the smooth operation of the vessels. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, possess strong communication skills, and work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy is a plus
• Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and integrity are highly valued
• Detail-oriented, good at time management and able to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages
• Bachelor's degree or D4 in maritime education
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly
• Experience in the maritime industry preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively in team
