Responsibilities

1. Handling documentation & arrangement vessel activity
2. Coordinates operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures
3. Monitoring discharging / loading activity in port & provide daily report to CEO
4. Reporting vessel departure/berthing activity to vessel owner by email
5. Handling crew change / provision
6. Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality

Qualifications

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Academy
2. Freshgraduate or experience in marine business, ship agency and marine project
3. Practical experience with Spreadsheets / Ms. Excel, Databases, Outlook, Ms. Word
4. Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills especially in English (TOEFL Min 500)
6. Able for 24 hours service to customers.
7. High level of critical thinking and logical analysis
8. Good organizational and time management skills
9. Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
