Operation Procedure & Mis Jobs

We are looking for Operation Procedure & MIS who will be responsible for the following:

• Updating operational manuals in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Make recommendations from the memo that has been submitted by other divisions related to the bank's operational processes
• Creating operational manuals (SOPs, Implementation Guidelines, User Manuals, and Operational Memos) related to operational processes at BSS branches and the Centralized Operations unit.
• Collaborate with other divisions in preparing, reviewing, following up, and socializing related to manual operations as per company regulations.
• Creating problem-solving from centralized operations

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Having knowledge
• Having a minimum 6-year experience in operational procedure in the banking industry
• Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
• A team player, a fast learner, and good leadership and communication skills
• Expertise in creating SOP/Policy, especially in operational processes in the banking industry
• A team player, a fast learner, and a growth mindset
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1)
