• Gathering data from all plant to monthly activities formulation ie. Laboratory, Purchasing, Veterenarian, Marketing and Production requirement to implement update in every month
• Conduct trial, research dan statistical reporting the result of trial for feed development and performance improvement in Research farm or Feedmills.
• Training for sales staff on product knowledge and usage.
• Oversee mill feed formulation to meet requirements and operational goals
• Assist Country Nutritionist to ensure good nutritional status of feeds and optimization of feed formulation to meet animal nutritional needs, customer technical and economic objectives, cost and availability of raw materials and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with all formulator to doing formulation activity and give feedback to country nutritionist
• Assist in the improvement of processing efficiency and technology of the feed mill.
• Oversee and endure that trials in research farm and field are conducted as required and report on final results and conclusions
• Engage in product and feeding program development.
• Identify and propose cost savings and cost benefits measures in areas related to formulation, raw material usage and feed production.
• Ensure that data in the formulation software are updated as required and confirm to instructions and guidelines.
• Advise and assist on subjects related to purchasing matters (e.g. provide shadow price, cost saving analysis)
• Conduct audit on implementation and effectiveness of feed quality assurance policies.
• Provide technical assistance to external and internal customers on nutritional matters.
• Actively update about raw material, feed additives issue, competitor feeds and development in feedmill industry
• Ensure conformance of feed quality control and assurance policies.

Job Requirement

• Solid understanding on local and global nutrition standard
• Familiar with statistical software analysis (SPSS,SAS,Solver, etc)
• Bachelor degree from Animal Nutrition/Husbandry/any related major
• Maximum 35 years old
• At least 5 years of experience in feed mill company
