Research And Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new menus and enhance existing ones to meet customer preferences and market demands.
2. Take full ownership of product development, from concept to commercialization.
3. Plan, execute, and document all research and development activities aimed at improving and innovating company products.
4. Conduct thorough research and product testing throughout the development process.
5. Provide recommendations for raw material specifications to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness.
6. Formulate and calculate precise recipes and production costs for new products.
7. Address consumer complaints and stay up-to-date with market trends and preferences to propose timely solutions.
8. Prepare and maintain all necessary registration and licensing documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
2. Previous experience in the Poultry/Meat Processing Industry in an R&D role is mandatory.
3. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Food FMCG/F&B sector with a focus on research and development.
4. Proficient in basic cooking skills to better understand product requirements.
5. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
6. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a methodical manner.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
8. Team player with excellent communication skills.
