Job Description

R&D Supervisor


Responsibilities

product research and development for new or Current product

New product development

  • Leads and conduct “Voice Of Customer” to improve customer understanding to identify new product opportunities gaps that satisfy customer needs
  • Prepares pricing proposals for approval
  • Work with functional department associates to generate good product
  • Monitors initial forecasts of new products and makes recommendations for adjustments for the first year product in the market
  • To be responsible for product sampling, compliance/regulatory issues management
  • To collect information on market trend and competition on an ongoing basis
  • Develop new product ideas
  • To initiate new product development, line extensions & market development activities
